First of all, coaching is confidential. As part of our assessment and evaluation processes, key stakeholders may be invited to provide feedback; however, that is the extent of direct outside involvement. Personal shares or secrets discussed in the confines of the coaching relationship will never be revealed or hinted at by your coach to anyone else. Coaching is rarely a compartmentalized process. In order for coaching to work effectively, our clients must have the freedom to reveal their humanness without fear of judgment or reprisal.
Additionally, while we reserve the right to publish the name of organizations we work with for marketing purposes, the individual names of our clients are also kept confidential. People within your organization may know you are working with a coach but that information will absolutely not come from our staff.
