Several months ago while attending the National Black MBA Conference, I had the pleasure of listening to a man speak by the name of Kevin Carroll.  I was blown away.  Kevin has written a book entitled Rules of the Red Rubber Ball which is a small inspirational book whose goal is to support people to find their red rubber ball (their passion) and then gives tips (rules) to support the reader to stay on course.  He also encourages people to keep playing like we did when we were kids.
